Patients will notice an immediate improvement in red & blue vessels appearance, significant clearance will be achieved upon completing the program.
The science behind Vbeam
The right wavelength
The Vbeam laser delivers its energy using a wavelength of 595 nm that passes through the dermis and epidermis layers, the energy is highly absorbed by the oxyhemoglobin in the blood vessels with less absorption on the melanin.
The pulse duration effect
By changing the pulse duration, treatments can be performed purpurically (with bruising) by rupturing the blood vessel, or sub-purpurically by slowly heating thevessel causing coagulation of the blood vessel.
The pulse duration is inversely proportional with the laser ability to rupture the blood vessels, Vbeam Perfecta provides choices of pulse duration from 0.45-40 msec and guidelines to select the suitable parameters for different sizes & types of lesions.
595 nm wavelength has the highest oxyhemoglobin affinity & the lowest melanin absorption, this enables the user to achieve the highest efficacy with an excellent safety in vascular treatments.
Succeeds from mild to severe
User can choose to damage the vessel or just coagulates blood by selecting pulse duration from 0.45-40 ms according to the condition needs.
Extra safety & comfort
Vbeam provides micro-pulse technology that divides the pulse energy into 8 micro pulses, this decreases unwanted purpura incidence & increases the patient's comfort.
Short treatment duration
Vbeam Perfecta provides variable spot sizes up to 10 mm spot size including circular & linear ones, this enables fast & precise coverage of treated area & hence a shorter session duration.
Optimal Cooling & Safety
The cryogen based DCD (dynamic cooling device) is suitable for various dermal, it provides instant & consistent protection for the skin
